Cheesy Hashbrowns from Candi Bazata
24 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
16 oz sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 cups chopped ham (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker or crock pot, cook on low for 3 hours.
