Relatively healthy bbq meatballs – By Bev Kellison

Czech Ham Roll-Ups

8 oz Cream Cheese
1 small jar creamy horseradish (use 2/3 of the jar)
Beat together until creamy –then add 3 oz of cream or milk
Spread on ham slices and roll up
(optional- add a small sized dill pickle to the ham and cheese before rolling)

Chill for a few hours or overnite.
Slice into ½ inch slices and serve.
